Take a single serving of the product - 2 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take 3 servings daily. On workout days: 1st serving 30 min. before the first meal, the second portion immediately after training, the third portion before going to bed. On non-workout days: 1st serving 30 min. before the first meal, second serving 30 min. before main meal, 3rd portion before bedtime.
